Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans (15 oz each) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) corn kernels, drained
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
ยฝ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
4 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon sea salt
ยฝ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Prepare the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the Ingredients:
Add the kidney beans, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper (if using), chicken broth, sea salt, and black pepper into the slow cooker.
Cook the Chili:
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the flavors have melded.
Shred the Chicken:
